一个时期的新闻报道,有时也像一部文学作品,既要有平缓的地方,也应有突起的时候。我把这种突起称为“势”。一个媒体如果长期平平淡淡没有势,就无法吸引读者的注意力。反之,一个媒体如果能不断地造出各种势,就能造就一大批围绕自己的忠诚读者。但是对势的理解和把握又必须科学。媒体在组织新闻报道时,不能造势过多,过多的势等于没势,就像过多的重点等于没有重点一样。原则上,一个媒体同时只能造一个势,必须等一个势落下了再起另一个势。还必须指出,新闻报道的势是需要营造的。尽管大千世界,新闻事件的重要性、复杂性都是客观存在的,但未经过精心组织策划的报道很难成势。势必然要
