本文以协庄煤矿1412E工作面的煤层地质条件为基础,通过实验室相似材料模拟实验,分析研究了普采工作面在快速推进条件下顶板活动特点,为1412E工作面合理匹配工序、优化劳动组织、改进工作面支护方式与支护参数并实现月产10万t新水平,提供了理论基础和科学依据;对工序多、环节复杂的普采工作面实现高产高效,具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the coal seam geological conditions of 1412E working face in Xiezhuang Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the characteristics of roof movement of general mining face under the conditions of rapid propulsion through simulating experiment of similar materials in laboratory, which is the reasonable matching procedure of 1412E working face and the optimization of labor organization , Improving support methods and supporting parameters of working face and realizing a new level of 100,000 t per month, providing the theoretical foundation and scientific basis. It is of guiding significance to realize high productivity and high efficiency for general mining face with many processes and complex links.
