以F_(-8836)化学比色法对肺癌130例与呼吸系常见病398例,进行动态监测,证明F_(-8836)吸光强度与肺癌高度相关,且与病情严重程度呈乓相关。F_(-8836)吸光度的动态监测对肺癌诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效观察和预后判断,具有重要的临床价值。
The F_(-8836) chemical colorimetry was used to dynamically monitor 398 cases of lung cancer and common respiratory diseases. It was proved that the intensity of light absorption of F_(-8836) was highly correlated with lung cancer, and was correlated with the severity of the disease. The dynamic monitoring of F_(-8836) absorbance has important clinical value for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, curative effect observation and prognosis of lung cancer.
