目的比较非晶体硒平板探测器DR与CR系统的胸腰段脊柱照片图像质量和解剖结构可见度。方法3位放射医师在显示器上分析30对胸腰段脊柱照片图像,每对图像分别用DR和CR系统获得,并有相同的曝光指数范围。采用5点记分法进行观察者评分,评价12个解剖结构的图像质量和可见度。结果2种系统的图像质量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3个解剖结构(L1正位横突、T11侧位上下关节突和L1侧位棘突)的显示可见度,非晶体硒平板探测器DR系统优于CR系统(P<0.05)。其他解剖结构的显示可见度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论非晶体硒平板探测器DR系统的胸腰段脊柱成像的图像质量和解剖可见度等于或优于CR系统。
Objective To compare the image quality of the thoracolumbar spine and the visibility of the anatomical structures of DR and CR systems in non-crystal selenium flat panel detector. Methods Three radiologists analyzed 30 pairs of images of the thoracolumbar spine on the monitor, with each pair of images taken with the DR and CR systems, respectively, and with the same range of exposure indices. Observer scores were scored using a 5-point scoring system to evaluate the image quality and visibility of 12 anatomical structures. Results There was no significant difference in image quality between the two systems (P> 0.05). The visibility of three anatomical structures (L1 anteroposterior, T11 lateral superior and inferior articular processes and L1 lateral spinous process) was better than that of CR system (P <0.05). The visibility of other anatomical structures showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The image quality and anatomic visibility of the thoracolumbar spine imaging in the non-crystal selenium detector DR system is equal to or better than that of the CR system.
