从华中农业大学获悉,近日,该校油菜遗传改良团队李再云教授课题组在国际期刊《Plant Biotechnology Journal》上在线发表题为“Production of red-flowered oilseed rape via the ectopic expression of Orychophragmus violaceus Ov PAP2”的研究论文。该研究从油菜近缘种诸葛菜中克隆了控制花瓣花青素合成的关键转录因子,并利用转基因技术首次将油菜花色转变为红色。
Learned from Huazhong Agricultural University, recently, the team of genetically modified rape Li Gengyun task force professor in the international journal “Plant Biotechnology Journal” published an article entitled “Production of red-flowered oilseed rape via the ectopic expression of Orychophragmus violaceus Ov PAP2 ”Research papers. The study cloned the key transcription factors that control anthocyanidin synthesis from rapeseed (Brassica campestris) and transformed the rape flower color to red for the first time by using transgenic technology.
