现代科技的迅速发展,使教育面临种种挑战。要适应这些挑战,就必须进行改革,改革的中心问题是培养什么样的人才。人才的培养在于教育,而教育效果的好坏,教学效率的高低,在许多情况下取决于教师的个性品质,取决于教师的教育才能。从我国的教育的实际出发,以“三个面向”为指针,研究理科教师应具备的能力,对提高中学物理教学质量,促进教学改革研究,对高师院校应怎样培养学生的能力,和如何提高在职理科教师的素质,都有非常重要的意义。下面仅从教改实际需要的角度,谈谈中学物理教师应具备的主要能力,其中有许多也是其它理科教师应具有的一些能力。
The rapid development of modern science and technology has brought various challenges to education. To meet these challenges, we must carry out reforms. The central issue of reform is what kind of talents we should cultivate. Talent cultivation lies in education, and education is good or bad, the level of teaching efficiency, in many cases depends on the individual character of teachers, depends on the teacher’s educational ability.
