目的:探究老年冠心病患者采用心理护理干预的应用效果以及对其心理问题的影响。方法:选取本院68例老年冠心病患者,均采用常规药物治疗,数字表法分为对照组和观察组各组均34例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用心理护理干预联合常规护理,观察比较两种护理方法的应用效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者采用心理护理干预,可有效缩短患者住院时间,缓解患者临床症状,改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its psychological problems. Methods: A total of 68 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study. All the patients were treated with conventional drugs. The digital meter was divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing. Patients in observation group were treated with psychological nursing intervention, Nursing, observe and compare the application effect of two nursing methods. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group (P <0.05), and the score of SF-36 was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively shorten the hospitalization time, alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve their anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life.
