潜油电泵机组在出厂前必须经过试验,以检验机组的多个参数如三相电压、三相电流、功率、功率因数、转速、排量、扬程等是否符合出厂要求。本文根据潜油电泵机组立式试验井的设计原理,设计了一套潜油电泵水平试验系统,对潜油电机和潜油泵的多个参数进行测量,以检验其是否符合出厂要求。该水平试验系统能够实时、准确、安全、可靠地测量潜油电机(空载)和潜油泵的试验参数,并且能够通过工业控制计算机分析处理,生成相应的数据曲线和报表。
Submersible pump units must be tested before they leave the factory to test the unit’s multiple parameters such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, power, power factor, speed, displacement, lift and other meet the factory requirements. In this paper, a submersible pump horizontal test system is designed according to the design principle of submersible pump unit vertical test well. The parameters of submersible motor and submersible pump are measured to check if they meet the requirements of the factory. The horizontal test system real-time, accurate, safe and reliable measurement of submersible motor (no-load) and submersible pump test parameters, and through industrial control computer analysis and processing to generate the appropriate data curves and statements.
