森林资源与环境经济学研究从20世纪90年代以后在国内不断加深,但其基本理论框架尚处于探索阶段,其研究基础是劳动价值论还是主流经济学(新古典经济学),还存在一些争议。通过对经济学派基本脉络的把握、经济人假设的讨论及公共产品和私人产品的性质的分析,研究了森林资源功能与效用问题及森林资源生态效益补偿问题,为我国森林资源与环境经济研究提供了良好的借鉴。
Since the 1990s, the research of forest resources and environmental economics has been deepened in China. However, its basic theoretical framework is still at the exploratory stage. Its research basis is labor theory of value or mainstream economics (neoclassical economics), and there are still some controversies . Through the analysis of the basic context of economic school, the hypothesis of economic man and the nature of public goods and private products, this paper studies the function and utility of forest resources and the compensation of ecological benefits of forest resources, and provides a brief introduction to the research of forest resources and environmental economics in China A good reference.
