通过对南京市低收入家庭的抽样调研,获得廉租房及公积金政策实施情况的相关数据,反映了廉租房政策“户口制”存在问题,并从期望价格与实际价格、申请资格与审批程序、房源偏好、廉租房质量对该政策进行满意度衡量;同时指出对公积金政策有扩大公积金覆盖范围、设置公积金缴存比例的年龄分层的调整期望。最后,根据调查结果提出廉租房资格范围的扩大与审批程序透明化、调整公积金政策以提高支付能力、兴建廉租房小区要关注区位和质量的政策建议。
Through the sample survey of low-income families in Nanjing, the relevant data on the implementation of low-rent housing and provident fund policies reflect the existing problems of low-rent housing policy and “hukou system”, and from the expectation price and actual price, eligibility and application Approval procedures, housing preferences, the quality of low-cost housing to measure the satisfaction of the policy; also pointed out that there is expansion of the provident fund provident fund coverage, setting the age of the deposit ratio of pension deposit adjustment expectations. Finally, based on the survey results, it is suggested that the expansion of the scope of qualification of low-rent housing and the transparency of the examination and approval procedures, the adjustment of provident fund policy to improve the ability to pay, and the construction of low-rent housing district should pay attention to the location and quality of policy recommendations.
