目的 观察分析在人布鲁菌病抗体中进行虎红平板凝集试验以及试管凝集试验检测效果。方法 选择我疾控中心于2014年至2019年内收到的80例人布鲁菌病患者血清样品为研究对象,将所有样品按照检测方法的不同,分为对照组(40例,进行试管凝集试验检测)和观察组(40例,进行虎红平板凝集试验检测)。对两组样品在检测完成后的效果进行收集和分析。并对两组的敏感度、准确度、阳性率、阴性率以及布鲁菌检出率。结果 对照组进行试管凝集试验检测后敏感度80%,准确度为82.50%,观察组进行虎红平板凝集试验检测后敏感度为100%,“,”Objective To observe and analyze the detection effect of tiger red plate agglutination test and test tube agglutination test in human brucellosis antibody. The sensitivity and accuracy of the observation group after the tiger red plate agglutination test were significantly higher than those of the control group after the test tube agglutination test (P <0.05); the control group was tested for the test tube agglutination test After the test, 36 (90.00%) cases were positive, 4 (10.00%) cases were negative, 40 (100.00%) cases were positive after the tiger red plate agglutination test in the observation group, and 0 cases were negative. The observation group was treated with tiger red plate the detection effect after the agglutination test was better (P <0.05). In terms of the results of Brucella, the detection rate of Brucella in the observation group was 95.00%; the detection rate of Brucella in the control group was 77.50%; the data in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of tiger red plate agglutination test in human brucellosis antibody can improve the sensitivity and accuracy, and has obvious detection effect. In actual work, to ensure accuracy, the combination of tiger red plate agglutination and test tube agglutination test is often used.
