目的通过对深圳市龙华新区各类型公共场所经营单位集中空调通风系统运行中的卫生检测,客观地评价其运行中的卫生状况,为卫生监督提供检测依据。方法按照WS 394-2012的要求对公共场所经营单位运行中的集中空调开展卫生检测,按照WS 395-2012对检验结果进行评价和分析。结果检测16套集中空调系统,合格3套,合格率为18.75%。不同类型的公共场所所检测的结果有明显的差异,医院的集中空调卫生检测效果评价较好,各项检测指标合格率达100%。主要不合格项目为新风量、冷凝水及冷却水军团菌、送风中细菌总数、送风中真菌总数、风管内表面积尘、风管内表面细菌总数、风管内表面真菌总数等,其中新风量(68.75%)、送风中细菌总数及送风中真菌总数(69.64%)的合格率较低,送风中的细菌总数与送风中的真菌总数,风管内表面的细菌总数与风管内表面的真菌总数均呈显著的正相关(P<0.01)。结论必须加强对公共场所集中空调卫生监督力度,并要求经营单位定期请专业机构对运行中的集中空调通风系统进行清洗消毒,保证运行中的空调通风系统符合卫生要求,确保辖区群众的生命安全。
Objective To objectively evaluate the hygienic status of operation in the operation of central air conditioning and ventilation system of various types of public places in Longhua New District of Shenzhen City to provide the basis for health supervision.
