从前切削各种带有内外螺纹的工件,往往都是分别加工的。即先车内螺纹,而后再车外螺纹,或者相反。因而生产效率较低。捷克某机器制造厂设计一种能同时加工内外螺丝的夹具(如附图),可以装在车床或钻床上。法兰盘4用紧固螺钉7和机床主轴相连接,又用螺钉5和外环相连接;而外环头部用小螺钉紧固着板牙9,这样就可以加工外螺纹。连接3由螺钉6和机主轴相连接;并用一个单键和心轴2相配合。心轴外部套着弹簧;右端用小螺钉紧固着丝锥8,这样就可以加工
In the past cutting all kinds of internal and external threads of the workpiece, are often processed separately. The first car thread, and then the car thread, or vice versa. Thus the production efficiency is lower. A machine builder in Czech design a jig that can process both internal and external screws (pictured) and can be mounted on a lathe or a drilling machine.
