近日,由青岛瀚生生物科技股份有限公司自主研发的二甲戊乐灵原药合成新工艺通过了青岛市科技成果鉴定,成果达到国内领先水平。该项技术以邻二甲苯为起始原料,先在定位催化剂作用下硝化再分离得到3,4-二甲基硝苯,然后再与3-戊酮在催化剂作用下加氢缩合得到N-(1-乙基丙基)-3,4-二甲基苯胺,后者再经二硝化即得二甲戊乐灵原药。
