在1984年第一期《有色金属(选矿部分)》简要报道了我厂《自制的机械取样机和缩分比计量》的消息后,引起一些从事这一工作的同志的兴趣,有些同志来信要求进一步介绍此法计量的详细情况,并要求提供技术资料。现将我厂三年来采用此法计量的情况作一简要介绍。 (一)利用轨道台车式取样机进行缩分比计量的概况矿浆流量采用缩分比计量的方法,国内早有报道,但就其形式有所不同。采用轨道台车式自控取样机进行缩分比计量有如下优点:(1)该机构简单,设备轻巧,能耗低,省力。原矿、精矿(四种精矿)、尾矿全部计量,共10个取样计量点,每天耗电不到一度,每班只需一个工人操作;(2)可达到
