20世纪70年代初期,法国科学家报道了杂多阴离子[SiW12O40]4-的抗病毒活性,以后相继发现了[BW12O40]5-、[P2W12O40]6-等在体外也表现出抗病毒活性[1]。80年代后期,具有抑制艾滋病病毒作用的(NH4)17Na[NaSb9W21O86]·14H2O(HPA-23)被应用于临床试验[2]。虽然其治疗效果不够理想,但却激发了人们对多金属氧酸盐的研究兴趣。
In the early 1970s, French scientists reported the antiviral activity of heteropolyanion [SiW12O40] 4-, and subsequently found that [BW12O40] 5-, [P2W12O40] 6- etc. showed antiviral activity in vitro [1] . In the late 1980s, the (NH4) 17Na [NaSb9W21O86] · 14H2O (HPA-23), which had an HIV-negative effect, was used in clinical trials [2]. Although its therapeutic effect is not ideal, it has aroused people’s interest in the research of polyoxometalates.
