目的:应用蒿芩清胆汤和玉屏风散对流感病毒感染湿热证模型进行治疗,比较用药前后小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群和Th1/Th2细胞平衡的变化,初步探讨两种中药方法各自对改善小鼠免疫功能的特点,为两者更深一层差异的研究打下理论基础。方法:将75只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物组、蒿芩清胆汤组和玉屏风组。造模成功后分别用流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)的浓度,用双抗体夹心ELISA法和酶标仪测定IL-4/IFN-rOD值,并通过换算得出其浓度。结果:与模型组相比,两组中药方剂均能升高CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(P=0.001,0.04),且玉屏风散比蒿芩清胆汤效果略明显;而在Th1/Th2细胞平衡中,两种中药方剂均能降低IL-4/IFN-r浓度(P=0.006;P=0.03),蒿芩清胆汤较玉屏风散作用显著。结论:两种中药方法均能改善模型小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群比值和Th1/Th2细胞平衡,但效果有所不同,初步认为两者可能在对T淋巴细胞亚群比值和Th1/Th2细胞平衡的信号转导上存在着一定的差异,且有待于进一步的研究。
OBJECTIVE: To treat the model of damp-heat syndrome infected by influenza virus with Artemisia Qingqian Dan Decoction and Yupingfeng San, to compare the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and Th1 / Th2 balance in mice before and after treatment, The characteristics of immune function in mice lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the differences between the two. Methods: 75 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive drug group, Haoqin Qing Dan Decoction group and Yupingfeng group. After successful modeling, the T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 +, CD8 +) were determined by flow cytometry. IL-4 / IFN-rOD was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA and microplate reader concentration. Results: Compared with the model group, both of the two Chinese herbal prescriptions could increase CD3 + CD4 + / CD3 + CD8 + (P = 0.001,0.04), and Yupingfeng San slightly more effective than Haoqin Qingdan Decoction; while in Th1 / Th2 In the cell balance, both Chinese herbal prescriptions could reduce the concentration of IL-4 / IFN-r (P = 0.006; P = 0.03). Conclusion: Both of the two traditional Chinese medicine methods can improve the ratio of T lymphocyte subsets and Th1 / Th2 balance in model mice, but the effects are different. It is preliminarily believed that the two methods may play an important role in the balance between T lymphocyte subsets and Th1 / Th2 cells There is a certain difference in signal transduction, and needs further study.
