目的:了解长期大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)后丘脑体积的改变。方法:35只大鼠分7组,除正常组和伪手术组外.其余各组用Tamura法闭塞大脑中动脉,用大鼠脑单克隆抗体微管蛋白-2(MAP-2)对各组大脑切片进行免疫组化染色.计算机测量各组大鼠脑切片的丘脑面积。结果:正常组0.99±0.01,伪手术对照2周组1.02±0.02,伪手术对照1个月组0.99±0.01,MCAO2周组0.87±0.03,1个月组0.78±0.03,MCAO3个月组0.71±0.04,6个月组0.61±0.05,伪手术组和MCAO组之间在丘脑萎缩方而有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:提示逆行性退行性变在丘脑萎缩方而起重要作用。
Objective: To understand the change of thalamus volume after middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Methods: 35 rats were divided into 7 groups except normal group and sham operation group. The other groups were occluded with middle cerebral artery by Tamura method, and brain sections of each group were immunohistochemically stained with rat brain monoclonal antibody tubulin-2 (MAP-2). The computer measured the thalamus area of rat brain slices in each group. Results: The normal group was 0.99 ± 0.01, the sham operation control group was 1.02 ± 0.02 in two weeks, the pseudo-surgery control group was 0.99 ± 0.01 in one month and 0.87 ± 0 in MCAO2 group. 03,1 month group 0.78 ± 0.03, MCAO 3 months group 0.71 ± 0.04, 6 months group 0.61 ± 0.05, between sham operation group and MCAO group in thalamus atrophy There was significant difference (P <0.001). Conclusion: It suggests that retrograde degeneration plays an important role in thalamic atrophy.
