目前我国,房地产及相关产业占到我国国民生产总值的很大的比例,对于我国经济的高速发展起到了重要的作用。与很多发达国家一样房地产行业已经慢慢成为了经济发展的支柱产业。我国房地产行业的快速发展离不开地区的综合开发,通过不同地区地产项目的综合来引导整个产业链的飞速发展。因此,衡量不同地区房地产的发展的一个重要指标是其房地产开发水平。本文通过使用统计学的概念对全国三十余个城市的房地产开发水平进行综合与统计分析,通过对不同地区房地产的开发水平对比其分析,为我们提供了一个很好的国民经济发展参考指标,为下一步国家宏观调控及制定措施提供了一定的参考价值,并对全国不同地区的房地产开发起到一个启示作用,为下一步地产公司及整个产业的发展奠定了理论基础,并进一步推动地方经济的发展。
At present, the large proportion of real estate and related industries in our country’s GNP has played an important role in the rapid economic development in our country. Like many developed countries, the real estate industry has slowly become a pillar industry in economic development. The rapid development of China’s real estate industry is inseparable from the comprehensive development of the region, through the integration of real estate projects in different regions to guide the rapid development of the entire industrial chain. Therefore, to measure the development of real estate in different regions is an important indicator of its level of real estate development. By using the concept of statistics, this paper conducts a comprehensive and statistical analysis on the real estate development level in more than thirty cities across the country. By analyzing the level of real estate development in different regions, we provide a good reference index for national economic development, Which will provide some reference value for the next step of national macro-control and formulation of measures. It will also play an enlightening role in real estate development in different regions of the country, laying a theoretical foundation for the next step in the development of real estate companies and the entire industry and further promoting the development of the local economy development of.
