The calibration curve is a curve that describes the quantitative relationship between the concentration (or amount) of the substance to be measured and the value of the response signal of the analyzer. The calibration curve in the physical and chemical test is widely used. Therefore, the production and use of the calibration curve is correct or not, will affect the accuracy of measurement results.
