为了节省贵重金属材料或满足特殊要求,须采用异种钢焊接结构,异种钢焊接的组成形式很多,常有低碳钢与合金钢、低碳钢与不锈钢,合金钢与不锈钢焊接等。由于采用异种钢焊接,化学成分差异很大,在焊接过程中易造成合金元素扩散,使焊接接头性能恶化。我厂生产的大型机电设备,其中有一些部件是采用异种钢焊接结构。如为加拿大尼伯温电站加工9.2千瓦的异种钢焊接结构,焊后经650℃保温2h退火处理,其焊接规范和焊条成分如表1所示。焊接18-8型不锈钢同种钢板时,并采用表2指定三种牌号焊条和二种焊接方法。在冷弯曲≤180°角时均无出现裂纹,而采用00Cr17N16Mo牌号焊丝并用氩气保护焊接18-8型和20G异种钢板时,焊后宏观俭查,
