构建和谐社会是建设社会主义的本质要求。政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线,思想政治工作是国有企业管理的重要组成部分,又是做好企业经济工作的有力保证,必须在新的时代背景下发挥其应有的作用,确保国有企业又好又快发展,引导广大企业职工转变思想观念,提高职工能力素质,为社会主义和谐社会的建设、国有企业的发展贡献力量。当前,我国正处在社会转型、体制转轨、深化经济体制改革的关键时期,也是社会矛盾的突发期,各种社会问题使得企业职工的心理受到很大的触动,思想价值观念产生了强烈的变化。因此,就需要企业思想政治工作与时俱进,适应时代发展的要求。本文针对国有企业思想政治工作存在的问题,探讨和谐社会下国企思想政治工作的新途径。
