目的分析杭州市儿童青少年腰围分布特征和肥胖状况。方法通过杭州市学生健康监测与预警管理信息平台,收集21所中小学27 967名7~18岁2015学年儿童青少年健康检查资料,分析腰围(WC)、腰围身高比(WHt R)的分布特征,采用中国肥胖工作组(WGOC)颁布的中国儿童青少年超重、肥胖体质指数筛查分类标准和我国7~18岁青少年腰围的P_(90)分析肥胖流行状况。结果杭州市儿童青少年的WC随年龄增长逐渐增加,WHt R受年龄影响较小,WC和WHt R与BMI均呈正相关,且WC与BMI的关系比WHtR更紧密(WC:男生r_s=0.868,P<0.01;女生r_s=0.780,P<0.01;WHtR:男生r_s=0.631,P<0.01;女生r_s=0.578,P<0.01);杭州市儿童青少年肥胖率为7.29%,中心性肥胖率为17.69%,肥胖率和中心性肥胖率随学段升高呈下降趋势(P<0.01),男生高于女生(P<0.01)。结论杭州市儿童青少年肥胖状况较为严峻,应重点关注低学段学生和男生。
Objective To analyze the distribution of waist circumference and obesity in children and adolescents in Hangzhou. Methods A total of 27 967 children and adolescents aged 7 ~ 18 years old from 2015 to 2015 in primary and secondary schools were collected from Hangzhou Health Monitoring and Early Warning Management Information Platform to analyze the distribution characteristics of waist circumference (WC) and waist circumference ratio (WHt) The prevalence of obesity in Chinese children and adolescents based on the classification criteria of overweight and obesity body mass index and the P_ (90) of the waist circumference of adolescents aged 7 ~ 18 in China were analyzed by WGOC. Results The WC of children and adolescents in Hangzhou increased gradually with age, WHt R was less affected by age, WC and WHt R were positively correlated with BMI, and the relationship between WC and BMI was closer than that of WHtR (WC: r_s = 0.868, P The female r_s = 0.780, P <0.01; WHtR: male r_s = 0.631, P <0.01; female r_s = 0.578, P <0.01). The obesity rate of children and adolescents in Hangzhou was 7.29% and the central obesity rate was 17.69% , Obesity rate and central obesity rate decreased with the increase of the school segment (P <0.01), boys were higher than girls (P <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of obesity among children and adolescents in Hangzhou is more serious. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the low-grade students and boys.
