无论对于商业领域还是金融领域,合并与收购原本都不是新鲜事。但如今合并之风吹到了中国的证券交易所,这不能不引起国内证券界的极大关注。因为,这件事本身对未来市场方方面面的影响将是巨大的。沪、深证交所合并确实被高级管理层列为中国股市的重大金融改革措施之一,其他相关的改革还包括 AB 股合并、国有股变现、建立中外合作基金、人民币可兑换、利率市场化以及金融机构上市等。
Mergers and acquisitions are nothing new at all in the business and financial sectors. However, the wind of mergers now blossoms on China’s stock exchanges, which can not but arouse the great attention of the domestic securities industry. Because, this incident itself on the future aspects of the market will be huge. Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange mergers have indeed been listed as a senior management of China’s stock market, one of the major financial reform measures, other related reforms include AB shares mergers, state-owned shares realized, the establishment of Sino-foreign cooperative funds, RMB convertibility, the interest rate liberalization and Financial institutions such as the market.
