目的评价分散内观认知疗法的疗效,探讨其对硕士生心理社会功能影响。方法对30名硕士生采用为期4周的分散内观认知疗法,在治疗前后采用情感平衡量表(ABS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)、容纳他人量表(AO S)和自尊量表(SES)进行前后对照,同时与集中内观认知疗法进行对照比较。结果心理治疗前后的ABS量表正分(t=-3.168,P=0.004)、负分(t=-5.785,P=0.000);PSSS量表的朋友支持分(t=-3.005,P=0.005)、家庭支持分(t=-3.279,P=0.003)、其他支持分(t=-2.242,P=0.033)、总分(t=-3.442,P=0.002);SCCS量表的不和谐分(t=3.494,P=0.002)、灵活性分(t=-2.305,P=0.028)、总分(t=3.264,P=0.003);AO S量表的被他人容纳分值(t=-3.430,P=0.002)均有显著改变;SES量表总分(t=0.635,P=0.530)无显著变化。结论分散内观认知疗法对硕士生情感平衡、领悟社会支持、自我和谐和被他人容纳有显著改善,能显著提高他们的心理社会功能,分散内观认知疗法限制条件少且能达到与集中内观认知疗法相仿的效果,适用于硕士生心理健康的维护和促进,可进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of decentralized cognition therapy and to explore its impact on psychosocial function of master degree students. Methods Dispersed endogenous cognition therapy was used for 30 masters for 4 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the students were assessed with ABS, PSSS, SCCS, Table (AO S) and self-esteem scale (SES) were compared before and after, while with centralized cognition therapy for comparison. Results Before and after psychotherapy, the ABS scale had positive scores (t = -3.168, P = 0.004) and negative scores (t = -5.785, P = 0.000) ), Family support (t = -3.279, P = 0.003), other supportive points (t = -2.242, P = 0.033) and total score (t = -3.442, P = 0.002) (t = -2.305, P = 0.028), the total score (t = 3.264, P = 0.003) 3.430, P = 0.002). There was no significant change in the total score of SES (t = 0.635, P = 0.530). Conclusion Disperse internal cognition therapy can significantly improve their psychosocial function, reduce emotional disturbance, grasp social support, self-harmony and accommodation of others. It can disperse the limitations of internal cognition therapy and can reach and concentrate The concept of internal perception of cognitive effects, applied to the maintenance and promotion of mental health of the master, can be further promoted.
