以0.1%、0.2%和0.4%辣椒素-乙醇溶液为试验梯度,以黄胸鼠、小家鼠和褐家鼠为驱避对象,研究辣椒素驱避储粮鼠害的合适浓度及合适溶剂。结果表明,当辣椒素-乙醇溶液为0.2%时,室内防鼠效果明显,0.4%辣椒素-乙醇溶液的室内防鼠效果与0.2%辣椒素-乙醇溶液的室内防鼠效果无显著性差异,经0.2%辣椒素-乙醇溶液处理的编织袋在245 d的试验期间内一直完好无损。同时,在安全性、溶解性、稳定性、可接受性以及使用成本方面,乙酸乙酯是辣椒素鼠类驱避剂的最适溶剂。因此,辣椒素是可以被开发成为储粮鼠害驱避剂。
With 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% capsaicin-ethanol solution as the experimental gradient, Rattus flavipectus, Mus musculus and Rattus norvegicus were screened out to study the appropriate concentration of capsaicin repellent rat and the appropriate solvent . The results showed that when the capsaicin-ethanol solution was 0.2%, the anti-rat effect was obvious in room. The anti-rat effect in 0.4% capsaicin-ethanol solution was not significantly different from that in 0.2% capsaicin-ethanol solution. Woven bags treated with 0.2% capsaicin-ethanol solution remained intact during the 245 d test period. At the same time, ethyl acetate is the most suitable solvent for capsaicinoid mouse repellents in terms of safety, solubility, stability, acceptability and cost of use. Therefore, capsaicin can be developed as a storage rat rodent repellent.
