油藏最大接触位移(MRC)技术是国际石油专家们确立的21世纪初最具发展潜力的八项钻井新技术之一。MRC技术是指在一口主井眼中钻出若干进入油气藏的分支井眼,它是定向井、水平井技术的延伸和发展。分支井可以从一个井眼中获得最大的总水平位移,在相同或不同方向上钻穿不同深度的多套油气层。在降低钻井成本、解决特殊油藏开采模式以及提高新老油田采收率方面产生的显著作用和经济效益已经得到普遍的认可。随着石油工业界对分支井认识的不断深入,发达国家已经能够完成各种难度等级的分支井作业。分支井技术日渐成熟。
The reservoir maximum contact displacement (MRC) technology is one of the eight drilling new technologies with the most potential for development as early as the 21st century established by international oil experts. MRC technology refers to drilling a number of branch wells into the main borehole, which is an extension and development of directional well and horizontal well technology. The branch wells can obtain the maximum total horizontal displacement from a borehole and drill multiple sets of reservoirs of different depths in the same or different directions. The significant role and economic benefits that have been achieved in reducing drilling costs, addressing specific reservoir extraction patterns, and improving recovery of new and old fields have been generally recognized. With the continuous deepening understanding of the branch wells by the petroleum industry, the developed countries have been able to complete branch wells of various difficulty levels. Branch well technology matures.
