新课程标准在其“基本理念”中明确提出:高中英语课程应根据高中学生认知特点和学习发展需要,在进一步发展学生基本语言运用能力的同时,着重提高学生用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析和解决问题的能力。用英语处理信息、分析和解决问题主要体现在“说”与“写”上。在新课程之前,教师往往感觉培养学生写作能力无从下手,但是新课程给教师提供了很好的写作教学的平台——以例文的形式给出作文框架,在说的基础上构建作文内容。从读到说再到写,一环一环地构建写作过程,扎扎实实提高学生的英语语用能力。所以新课程改革在英语写作教学方面的改革是成功的、深远的。以下,本人将结合具体案例来与大家共同探究新课程改革下的英语写作教学。
The new curriculum standard clearly states in its “basic concept” that the senior high school English curriculum should be based on the cognitive characteristics of high school students and the need for learning development. While further developing students’ basic language skills, they should focus on improving students’ access to information and processing in English. Information, analysis and problem solving capabilities. Processing information in English, analyzing and solving problems is mainly reflected in “speaking” and “writing”. Before the new curriculum, teachers often felt that it was impossible to train students’ writing skills. However, the new curriculum provided teachers with a very good platform for writing and teaching. They gave a compositional framework in the form of an exemplar, and constructed composition on the basis of that. From reading to speaking and then writing, the process of writing is structured in a ring-by-loop manner, which effectively enhances students’ pragmatic competence. Therefore, the reform of the new curriculum reform in English writing teaching is successful and far-reaching. In the following, I will work with specific cases to explore the teaching of English writing under the new curriculum reform.
