由孕甾双烯醇酮醋酸酯制黄体酮的催化氢化,国内外均采用雷尼镍催化剂,目前国内生产黄体酮的总产率仅62.4%。若将雷尼镍改为钯/炭催化剂,氧化产率达到96%。如果水解产率按最低的95%、氧化产率以80%计算,则黄体酮的总产率达到72%以卜。说明:改用钯/炭(Pd/C)催化剂生产是有竞争力的,对于原料的充分利用,提高产物的产率以及降低产品成本是有希望的。
