下岗、失业人员小额贷款工作刚刚起步,取得了很好的突破。下一步如何搞好这项工作,我提几点建议,供大家参考:总的来讲,总体思路是四句话,叫做“积极探索、稳步推进、市为基础、上下联动”。为什么要积极探索?大家在讨论中,都感到这项工作很难。但是,难也要搞。因为,工作方向是明确的,中央、国务院的政策已经提出来了,态度必须要积极,力争通过我们的积极探索,把先行者的初步经验,逐步形成比较成熟的经验。
