网络侵权归责原则是指在网络行为人的行为致他人损害的情况下,根据何种标准和原则来确定行为人的侵权民事责任。由于网络侵权的特殊性和复杂性,对不同的网络侵权行为,应该适用不同的归责原则。
The principle of network infringement liability refers to the behavior of the network to others under the conditions of damage, according to what criteria and principles to determine the perpetrator’s civil liability for infringement.
