新生代农民工亲职教育素质的高低,直接影响其家庭教育的质量和子女的健康成长成才。实施亲职教育是提升个人教育水平,成为“有效能父母”的重要途径。文章选用SWOT分析方法,结合新生代农民工自身特点,通过剖析其亲职教育实施中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,进而从微观和宏观两个层面提出对策,以期提高新生代农民工亲职教育素养,促进家庭教育的良好发展。
The quality of new-generation migrant workers’professional education directly affects the quality of their family education and the healthy growth of their children. The implementation of parenting education is to enhance the level of individual education, as “an effective parent” is an important way. The article chooses the method of SWOT and combines the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers with their own characteristics.
