本文介绍了激光显微光谱分析法定量测量人工红宝石晶体中铬浓度(0.05%左右)的方法。将测量的结果与化学分析方法,发射光谱分析法的结果进行比较。并且对红宝石晶体中铬浓度的纵向分布进行微区定量分析。相对误差为7%左右。
This article describes a method for the quantitative measurement of chromium concentration (about 0.05%) in artificial ruby crystals by laser micro-spectroscopy. The measured results were compared with the results of chemical analysis and emission spectrometry. In addition, the longitudinal distribution of chromium concentration in ruby crystals was quantitatively analyzed. The relative error is about 7%.
