目的 了解该院患者丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的感染现状,评价防治效果.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附测定法对该院47 074例门诊及住院患者HCV抗体进行检测,并对HCV抗体阳性患者进行血清HCV-RNA与丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)相关性分析.结果 46 174例患者中,HCV抗体阳性730例(1.58%),其中男性阳性率为1.68%,女性为1.48%.
