目的研究CyclinD1在大肠良恶性肿瘤中的表达,探讨其在大肠癌发病中的作用机制及大肠癌生物学特性的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法进行研究。结果CyclinD1在大肠癌中的过表达率显著高于大肠腺瘤,而正常大肠黏膜中未见CyclinD1过表达,CyclinD1过表达与肿瘤部位、组织学类型、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移均无相关性,只与组织浸润程度呈显著正相关。结论CyclinD1过表达在大肠癌形成过程中起重要促进作用,且CyclinD1过表达可作为大肠癌预后不良的指标之一。
Objective To study the expression of CyclinD1 in benign and malignant tumors of the large intestine and to explore its mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer and its relationship with the biological characteristics of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to study. Results The overexpression rate of CyclinD1 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in colorectal adenomas. However, no overexpression of CyclinD1 was found in normal colorectal mucosa. CyclinD1 overexpression had no correlation with tumor location, histological type, histological grade and lymph node metastasis. Only a significant positive correlation with the degree of tissue infiltration. Conclusion CyclinD1 overexpression plays an important role in the development of colorectal cancer. CyclinD1 overexpression may be one of the indicators of poor prognosis in colorectal cancer.
