病理技术是病理诊断不可缺少的基础,正确的病理诊断有赖于技术人员提供制作良好的病理染色切片,病理医师方能对送检标本进行准确的诊断。目前由于各方面因素导致技术人员队伍整体综合素质不高,不仅影响了病理技术工作,还影响了医技关系。这就要求技术员不断提高自身素质和技术水平,才能高质量完成病理诊断的任务。笔者就如何加强病理技术人员队伍建设问题提几点看法。 Pathology is an indispensable basis for pathological diagnosis, the correct pathological diagnosis depends on the technical staff to provide a good pathological staining section, the pathologist can accurately check the submission of specimens.
