一、历史背景激光治疗青光眼,已被誉为70年代青光眼进展史上的重大事件之一。在肯定了激光虹膜切除术对防治早期闭角型青光眼的卓越效果之后,学者们把激光治疗的目标转移到开角型青光眼方面来。基于开角型青光眼的房水主要排出障碍在于房角小梁网的这一认识,用激光束在小梁组织上作一个“穿刺”,与Sehlemm管沟通而降低眼压这一设想,于1970年首先由Krasnov使之变为现实。他用Q-开关红宝石脉冲激光试作房角穿刺(laseropuncture of anterior chamber angle)。经家兔实验取得一定经验后用于临床。1973年报道了经他治疗并随访了一年多的10例青
