本文提出完全身份盗窃的概念,在生物识别的电子商务时代,完全的身份盗窃成为可能。通过分析现有认证水平和特点,提出电子商务环境下生物特征识别要有相应的应急计划,提出了基于PKI的生物特征认证协议和应急响应应用框架。
