Road traffic accidents caused by the decrease of visibility in road traffic practice account for a large proportion of annual accidents. Low visibility refers to road traffic environment with visibility of 1,000 meters and below, such as nighttime, foggy weather and rainy days. The Midwest In some cities, the number of rainy days (low visibility) accounts for more than 50% of the total hours in the year. At present, most of the road traffic signs are designed based on the standard visibility. The widely accepted road traffic management behaviors are road traffic behaviors based on signs and markings. This paper mainly discusses the differences between active and passive induced effects in low visibility environments , Put forward some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of traffic-induced signal transmission.
