通过全国系统抽样,获取卫生监督机构2001～2006年人员学历教育和参加培训情况的基本资料,进行建设前后比较。结果显示,体系建设3年来,我国卫生监督机构人员参加学历教育人次增加10.0%,且以本科和大专学历教育为主;参加各类培训的人员天数增加39.2%,且以专业知识和执法基础培训为主,但按照《2005～2010年全国卫生监督员教育培训规划》的目标来衡量仍有一定差距。
