目的建立夜香颈椎片的质量标准。方法采用聚酰胺薄层色谱法对夜香颈椎片中葛根、夜香牛、透骨草进行了定性鉴别;采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,为夜香颈椎片的质量控制提供依据。结果定性鉴别方法专属性强。芦丁在0.206~1.236mg内线性良好,平均加样回收率为99.09%,RSD为1.13%。结论所建立的方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效控制夜香颈椎片的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of night fragrant cervical vertebra. Methods The TLC, RP-HPLC and HPLC-MS were used to qualitatively identify Radix Puerariae, Radix Aconitum and Radix Aconiti Lateralis. The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry to provide the basis for the quality control of Radix oclegona. The results of qualitative identification method is highly specific. Rutin showed a good linearity within 0.206 ~ 1.236mg with an average recovery of 99.09% and a RSD of 1.13%. Conclusion The established method is accurate and feasible, good repeatability, which can effectively control the quality of the night-necked cervical spine.
