目的探讨双歧三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗儿童厌食症对摄食调控因子的影响及疗效。方法将儿童厌食症患者84例,随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)。两组患儿均予以调整饮食及纠正不良饮食习惯。观察组患儿加用双歧三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,连用8周。其中双歧三联活菌散1.0 g/次,3次/d,温水冲服;葡萄糖酸锌口服液10 mL/次,1次/d,口服。对照组患儿予以单纯葡萄糖酸锌治疗,其用量、用法及疗程与观察组患儿相同。评估并比较两组患儿治疗前后营养状况、血清TNF-α与β-EP水平的变化,并观察其临床效果。结果对照组与观察组患儿治疗中分别失访3例与5例,两组患儿失访率比较,差异无统计学意义(x~2=0.14,P>0.05)。治疗8周后,两组患儿血清Hb和PA水平较前明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组患儿上升幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时两组患儿血清TNF-α与β-EP水平较前明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组患儿上升幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时观察组患儿临床总有效率(94.59%)高于对照组(76.92%)(x~2=4.79,P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗儿童厌食症的疗效较佳,能明显提高食欲与食量,改善厌食儿童营养状况,其作用可能与其能升高血清TNF-α与β-EP水平,纠正摄食调控因子紊乱密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of bifid triple therapy combined with zinc gluconate in the treatment of children with anorexia on the regulation of ingestion and its therapeutic effect. Methods 84 cases of children with anorexia were randomly divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). Two groups of children are to be adjusted diet and correct bad eating habits. Observation group of children plus bifid triple live bacterial powder combined with zinc gluconate treatment, once every 8 weeks. Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria scattered 1.0 g / time, 3 times / d, warm water blunt; zinc gluconate oral solution 10 mL / time, 1 time / d, orally. The control group of patients treated with simple zinc gluconate, the amount, usage and treatment of children with the same observation group. The nutritional status, serum levels of TNF-α and β-EP in both groups before and after treatment were evaluated and compared. The clinical effects were also observed. Results There was no follow-up of 3 cases and 5 cases in the control group and the observation group. There was no significant difference in the follow-up rate between the two groups (x ~ 2 = 0.14, P> 0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum Hb and PA in both groups were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the increase rate in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P <0.05) Serum levels of TNF-α and β-EP were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the rate of increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, The efficiency (94.59%) was higher than that of the control group (76.92%) (x ~ 2 = 4.79, P <0.05). Conclusion Bifidirectly combined with zinc gluconate treatment of children with anorexia better curative effect, can significantly improve appetite and food intake and improve the nutritional status of children with anorexia, its role may be related to its elevated serum levels of TNF-α and β-EP, Correcting the regulation of feeding regulators is closely related to disorder.
