痛风性关节炎（GA）是人体内嘌呤代谢紊乱及尿酸排泄减少引起的代谢性疾病,是尿酸盐结晶从过饱和的体液中沉积于关节囊、关节软骨表面及周围软组织内引起的损伤和炎性反应[1]。其临床表现主要为反复发作的急性关节疼痛,同时伴有实验室检查血清尿酸增高。如果不采取积极治疗措施，最终会发展为痛风性肾病[2].
