1 引言土壤酶是土壤代谢的动力,对推动生态系统的能量流动和物质转化过程产生重要作用。土壤酶来源于土壤中的植物、微生物和动物等有机体,而土壤的理化因素又影响着酶的活性。因此,土壤酶活性的变化与土壤环境的生物因素和非生物因素都密切相关。对土壤酶活性与土壤环境因素之间的关系进行综合分析,有利于了解土壤的整体功能。鉴于此,我们在1993年对东北高寒地区麦田土壤酶活性和环境因素的季节变化进行了系统的调查研究。
1 Introduction Soil enzymes are the driving force of soil metabolism and play an important role in promoting the energy flow and material transformation of ecosystems. Soil enzymes come from the soil of plants, microorganisms and animals and other organisms, and soil physical and chemical factors affect the enzyme activity. Therefore, the changes of soil enzyme activities are closely related to the biological factors and abiotic factors of soil environment. Comprehensive analysis of the relationship between soil enzyme activity and soil environmental factors is conducive to understanding the overall function of soil. In view of this, we conducted a systematic investigation on the seasonal changes of soil enzyme activities and environmental factors in the wheat field in the alpine region of Northeast China in 1993.
