企业财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,财务管理的内部控制制度又是财务管理的制度保障和依据,加强企业的财务管理工作,首先要建立和完善企业财务内部控制制度。内部控制是财务管理的基础,影响着企业的生存与发展,目前很多企业财务内部控制制度还存在不完善现象,本文首先总结了财务内部控制制度应该遵循的原则,又分析了财务预算的管理方法,最后提出了建立完善财务预算管理制度的建议。 Enterprise financial management is an important part of enterprise management.
