一、前言在工业过程实时控制与检测中,微机应用已相当广泛,然而下述一些矛盾也日渐突出: (1)从常规仪表的检测与控制过渡到计算机集中检测与控制,必然将成批的控制回路,大量的监视、操作、运算及报警等功能,集中于计算机一身,使危险性增强,故障概率增大,可靠性降低。 (2)过程控制软件的设计与移植困难,重复开发与开发难度大,造成具体使用部门推广应用的障碍。 (3)过程控制实施的工程技术人员需要的是“面向使用”的控制接口,即需要有能符合控制设计的习惯,灵活地满足各种控制系统,而对微机实现控制过程的具体情况
