考虑汽轮机转子材料物性参数和载荷参数的随机性,利用ANSYS的APDL语言二次开发功能,将积分随机有限元法嵌入到ANSYS软件当中,生成了汽轮机转子随机响应变量相对于各随机输入变量的各阶中心矩、偏度系数和峰度系数的计算程序模块,利用ANSYS后处理程序显示计算结果,并分析各随机输入变量的变化对汽轮机转子随机响应变量的影响。最后,通过与直接蒙特卡罗模拟方法相对比表明,该方法适用于结构复杂的模型,计算结果精度较高,并且计算速度较快。
Considering the randomness of physical parameters and load parameters of steam turbine rotor material, ANSYS secondary development function of APDL language was used to embed the integral stochastic finite element method into ANSYS software, and the results of random response variables of steam turbine rotor relative to each random input variable Center moment, skewness coefficient and kurtosis coefficient calculation program module, the use of ANSYS post-processing program shows the calculation results, and analysis of the random input variables of the turbine rotor random response variables. Finally, the comparison with the direct Monte Carlo simulation shows that this method is suitable for the complicated structure model, and the calculation result is more accurate and faster.
