以中国营养学会提出的营养素供给量标准为依据,结合食物成分表,对不同年级的大学生进行为期1个月的饮食状况调查与分析。结果表明大学生1日3餐热量偏低,分配不合理,营养素供给量不足。对此,建议大学生应调整膳食结构,提高营养水平
Based on the nutrient supply standards proposed by the Chinese Nutrition Society, a one-month dietary survey and analysis was conducted on college students of different grades based on the food composition table. The results showed that students on the 1st 3 meal calories low, the distribution is unreasonable, insufficient supply of nutrients.
