以废旧高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、木粉为主要原料,采用模压法制备了HDPE微发泡塑木复合材料,研究了木粉粒径、交联剂添加量、AC发泡剂添加量对HDPE微发泡塑木复合材料性能的影响,结果表明:随着木粉粒径增加,材料的密度逐渐增大,木粉粒径为106μm,交联剂的用量为1.5%时复合材料的物理性能较好,且随着AC发泡剂用量的增大,材料的力学性能和密度都逐渐降低,当AC发泡剂用量超过0.7%时,材料力学性能降低幅度增大。
Using HDPE and wood flour as the main raw materials, HDPE micro-foam wood-plastic composites were prepared by compression molding. The effects of particle size, cross-linking agent and AC foaming agent on HDPE micro-foamed plasticized wood composites. The results show that with the increase of the particle size of wood flour, the density of the material increases gradually, the particle size of the wood flour is 106μm, the amount of cross-linking agent is 1.5% Better performance, and with the increase of the amount of AC foaming agent, the mechanical properties and density of the materials are gradually reduced. When the amount of AC foaming agent exceeds 0.7%, the decrease of mechanical properties of the material increases.
