从理论和实践上讲,中学生因为好动的本性本应该是最喜欢体育的人群。但是,我们常常可以看到,在体育课中中学生对体育课的厌学情绪。也许,学生并不是从内心讨厌体育活动或体育课,而是对一些体育教师在体育课上教的内容、教的方法感到枯燥厌倦甚至反感。这是体育教学中教与学的对立。因此,体育课如何吸引学生,是一个值得研究的课题。
In theory and practice, secondary school students should be the most favorite sports people because of their active nature. However, we can often see the middle school students in PE class tired of learning physical education. Perhaps, students do not hate physical activities or physical education lessons from the heart, but rather feel bored and even disgusted with some physical education teachers’ physical teaching and teaching methods. This is the opposite between teaching and learning in physical education. Therefore, how to attract students in physical education is a subject worth studying.
